Is the cost per terminal or per location?

Our core package includes up to four terminals in one physical location for $199 per month. Additional terminals are $30 per month.

Can I have multiple concepts under the same account?

Yes, you can have as many concepts (businesses) as you want under one account and each can have unlimited locations.

How long is the contract?

It’s your call. Choose from month to month, twelve month, or twenty-four month terms. Billing is monthly in advance.  Longer contract terms are offered for Enterprise Customers.  Feel free to contact us.

Can I add options to my package at any time?

Yes, you can add software options to your monthly package anytime.

Can I rollout Leapfrog POS incrementally?

Yes, you can start by rolling out a few stores at a time.  This is a common way of converting from an existing system.  You can also use our Integration API to merge information from leapfrogpos.com with that of your previous system.

Do I have to buy your hardware?

No, you don’t need to buy hardware from us. As a convenience we offer a hardware selection as a part of our turn-key packages. However, you are free to purchase or use any hardware providing it meets our minimum technical requirements.

What kind of hardware do I need to run Leapfrog POS?

For Point of Sale stations any PC with an Intel Celeron or better processor, 4 GB of RAM, Windows 10 with 40 GB of available Hard Drive space will work.
